Black teas originated in China, where they are known as “red tea”, but now come from many growing regions throughout the world. Most notably India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.  Its flavor profile range from light, flowery, sweet, crispy to rich, robust, and malty. Black tea contains approximantely 110mg of caffeine per cup, which represents approximately half of the caffeine in coffee, making it a great and healthy alternative.
