Shipping & Delivery

All orders confirmed by Plain-T will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.

Any complaints regarding delivery errors and/or products damages must be submitted to Plain-T within seven days of receipt of your merchandise. You are bound to inspect the condition of the packaging of the merchandise upon delivery and to indicate any damage due to the transporter.

International Shipment

Orders placed for international delivery – The person ordering is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. That includes but is not limited to customs clearance, import duties and taxes that may be applied once the merchandise reaches your country.
