ICED MATCHA

Ingredients

1 ½ tsp matcha
1 cup room temperature water
2 oz hot water
Ice cubes

Instructions

1 - Place 1 ½ tsp matcha into a bowl or cup (sifter optional)
2 - Add 2oz hot water just under a boil.
3 - Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha dissolves.
4 - Add ice to a tall glass, and pour room temperature water over it.
5 - Pour the matcha over and enjoy.
